1) This article is about the government's job in creating jobs for the unemployed. There is a difference in view points amongst democrats and republicans. The end conclusion was that government jobs is not a good thing. It is never a net addition to employment opportunities, because it means a heavier burden on private employers and employees.

As the number of students attending graduate schools is drastically increasing, the need for improved career counseling is greater then ever.
